"The hardshell heritage carryon luggage is a very good quality product. Built from recyclable materials and solid construction. The wheels are designed well and glide with ease. The combination lock is great and the telescopic handle mechanism works perfectly. I have had one of these before with a battery that can charge mobile devices. The lifetime warranty says it all!"

"I had no idea when I ordered it that it would have a lock with a secret code number. That is nothing I wanted! I rather expected that once I opened it, I would find a card inside that would tell me my code number. No such luck. I am not interested in searching for my code. This may seem like a silly quibble but it really annoys me. I probably would not have order4ed this suitcase if I had known of this feature. I'm too old for this nonsense. I can’t answer the questions below until I actually take the thing on the road"
