"The bag my nephew purchased is falling apart just within few days of use. I am disappointed in that particular product. I have used your bags before and always liked your products. You must take that back bag off of the market as it is not meeting your standard and reputation. I would appreciate if you can exchange his back pack as it was my gift to him. Thank you"
"I am a EU resident and purchased Gift Card online. I contacted Herchel Tech support requesting procedure for reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. Tech support stated gift cards are not refundable and directed me to their FAQ's. However, under EU "Right of Withdrawal" law, gift cards are refundable if purchased online. Prior to purchase I reviewed Herschel Return policy, which stated 30 days return policy. FAQ's are not legal disclaimers. I requested to speak with a manager and escalate my request and copy of chat. - The Chat was not sent, so have no record of the discussion. I highly discourage purchase of Gift cards from this company and suggest finding a Store with better customer service and less false advertising. And before Herschel responds and says it is a North American Company and EU Law does not apply, it was Advertised in France with their French Website. Hence, EU Law does apply. A few hundred euros isn't the issue, it is the principle and the Company taking advantage of its customers."
