"I am very pleased with the service I received from Hershel’s. I had a bag I owned for a few years that shortly after having it had a malfunctioning zipper. The warranty process was straight forward and I appreciated the discount on my new bag as I no longer had a receipt. The new bag is such a nice colour and great material. I haven’t used it yet but just like my other one so I am sure it will be great!!"

Shoulder strap broke and handles are peeling

"I bought this bag a few years ago because I loved the timeless way it looked. Fast forward, I have rarely used it and kept it stored in doors for its entire life on a shelf. I pulled it out to use for a weekend trip and the hand straps were flaking fake brown leather everywhere. And then when I got to my destination, one of the plastic side pieces where the shoulder strap hooks on broke while I was carrying the bag. The strap flew up and hit me right next to my eye. Left a bruise and was lucky I had sunglasses on. Bag wasn’t heavy either, only carrying clothes for a weekend."

"The material used for the straps is defective and starts peeling and shedding tiny pieces everywhere. The brand does not stand behind this product and their lifetime warranty is worthless. The bag is rarely used and very well taken care of."
