"Unfortunately I ordered 2 bags and only 1 has been delivered - I had tried to amend my order but costumer service were unable to help - I have not received a refund. In terms of the 1 bag that was delivered the straps are so loose and cannot be tightened, so very disappointed overall."

"Comfortable, fits my body well, and looks as expected. I'm very curious to see how the material hold up over time. I don't want to put it to the test, but I hope the pack is at least able to handle Moderate rainfall. Exactly as advertised."

"Overall construction is very solid and the fit is just right. Plenty of room in the main and front pockets. My only complaint is that the zipper pulls feel a little cheap. They are small and made of plastic; I may need to replace them with larger metal pulls."
Nice bag, terrible straps on the weather resistant version
"The PVC coated fabric seems good quality but the straps are terrible for three reasons: 1. They're super thin and narrow so they're uncomfortable for carrying any decent amount of weight. 2. The inner surface of the straps is also that PVC material which grabs and tugs on your shirt. Questionable design decision here. 3. Very non-ergonomic - they barely sit on my shoulders, they feel like they're always on the verge of slipping off. An S-style strap or narrower anchor points at the top would've helped. Honestly disappointed in this but got it on sale so I'll keep it for light duty because it's pretty darn water resistant and looks good. Having said that, a backpack that's uncomfortable to wear is failing at it's main job. 3 stars."
Straps way too long
"I am surprised no other review mentions how long the straps are even at their shortest. It makes the bag uncomfortable to carry. I love the look and feel of the bag, but I am afraid I will have to return it"
