Substandard quality
"The quality, particularly the material from which the lower parts of the straps and the top handle are made, feels flimsy. My backpack from a well-known Japanese brand that costs half as much feels way sturdier than this one. The backpack would have also benefited from internal patch pockets. Otherwise, if these issues were addressed, this would be a great backpack."
