Not Fit For Purpose
"I ordered this bag as a replacement for my first Herschel backpack that broke. (It was actually the second time that the bag had broken, so this time I went for a different model. ) Immediately upon receiving it, I realised the closing mechanism didn't work, and as soon as weight (a laptop, etc. ) was place inside, the bag gaped open. Useless in a city with rain or with any potential commuting thieves. I have been trying to find a solution with customer service for 2. 5 months. They've just told me they won't be replacing the bag, and have reiterated that the problem is me - I'm closing the bag incorrectly after being sent several explainer videos. A useless bag and appalling customer service."
