"I’ve used this bag for the last few years. The plastic where the buckles are has snapped many times. I’ve superglued the straps back on a few times, but am now giving up and getting a new bag. It’s a shame, because the rest of the bag is really sturdy and the fabric is still strong, so could have had a longer life if it wasn’t for the bit that keeps breaking!"
"I loved this backpack until the front closure straps snapped due to a poor sewing design. No bother: I received a replacement after a complicated and long-winded warranty return. One year later, the second bag has broken in the same way. Clearly the strap stitching needs to be rethought. It's a great bag as long as you don't mind continuously having to replace it!"
